Protein Production Expands
Poultry, cattle and pig activities are brought together so feed, manure and farm planning can support one another. This integrated approach reduces waste and strengthens daily farm management.
Aquaculture Takes Shape
Tilapia production is added to serve growing demand for affordable protein around the Lake Tanganyika region and beyond. Water monitoring and careful handling become central operating disciplines.
Environmental Baseline Set
The company establishes a baseline for carbon, water and waste performance. Since then, carbon intensity has fallen 28%, water-use efficiency has improved 35% and 85% of waste is diverted from landfill.
Farmers Connect Digitally
Digital records, advisory tools and market information reach more smallholder producers. Today, 5,000+ farmers use digital tools and 80+ enterprises are linked to financial services.
